It is mainly divided into the following six parts.
1. The measurement and setting out of the positioning axis of the curtain wall must be parallel or perpendicular to the main axis of the main structure, so as to avoid conflicts between the construction of the curtain wall and the construction of indoor and outdoor decoration, resulting in defects such as non-square yin and yang angles and non-parallel decorative surfaces.
2. Use level, theodolite, and standard steel tape measure, magnetic weight, level ruler, etc. to check. For curtain walls with a height greater than 7m, two measurement checks should also be carried out to ensure the vertical accuracy of the curtain wall. It is required that the deviation of the upper and lower centerlines is less than 2mm.
3. The measurement and setting out should be carried out when the maximum wind force is less than level 4, and the error between the actual setting out and the construction drawing should be adjusted, distributed and digested so as not to accumulate. Usually it is solved by properly adjusting the width of the gap and the positioning of the frame. If it is found that the size error is large, it should be fed back in time, and a new piece of glass or other methods should be adopted to solve it reasonably. Hanging the glass curtain wall is to directly fix the glass and the main structure. First, the position of the glass is bounced to the ground, and then the position of the channel steel at the bottom of the glass is determined according to the size of the outer edge.
1. For buildings whose main structure is a steel structure, the hanging beams should be installed on the corbels of the main steel structure. For buildings whose main structure is a reinforced concrete frame structure, first check the position and firmness of the embedded parts or anchor steel plates, and the quality of the selected anchor bolts must be reliable. The position of the anchor bolt should not be close to the edge of the reinforced concrete member. The diameter and depth of the drilled hole must comply with the technical regulations of the anchor bolt manufacturer, and the ash in the hole must be blown clean.
2. The installation position and elevation of each component should be strictly in accordance with the setting-out positioning and construction drawing requirements. The centerline of the load-bearing steel beam must be consistent with the centerline of the curtain wall, and the center of the elliptical screw hole must be consistent with the designed boom bolt position.
3. The installation of the metal steel sheet must be smooth and straight, and the pull-through line is checked.
4. After the welding of all steel structures is completed, after passing the self-inspection of the construction unit, it shall be reported to the supervisory engineer for the quality acceptance of the concealed project. The acceptance data of the concealed project must be complete and signed by the supervisory engineer. Apply anti-rust paint several times.
Strictly follow the positioning and laying out and design elevation construction, all steel structure surfaces and welds are painted with anti-rust paint, the lower frame is cleaned, and no less than 2 neoprene rubber blocks are placed on the lower part of each glass, and the width of the block is Same as the slot width, the length is not less than 100mm.
(1) Glass hoisting the installation requirements of hanging glass are very meticulous and precise. Before construction, it is necessary to check the availability of personnel at each station, whether various machinery and equipment are complete and normal, and whether safety measures are in place. Tools and spare parts for high-altitude operations must be placed in tool kits and reliably to prevent objects from falling and hurting people or breaking glass. The glass can only be hoisted after the inspection of safety facilities is completed.
1. Before hoisting the glass, check the appearance quality of the glass, pay attention to whether the glass has cracks, whether the position of the steel sheet of the hanging clip is correct, and mark the center position on the glass with a marker pen.
2. Install the electric suction cup machine. The electric suction cup machine must be positioned, and the electric suction cup machine is installed above the center of the glass, so that the glass after lifting will not be deflected left and right, and the rotation direction of the glass should be well controlled.
3. Try lifting. After the electric suction cup machine is positioned, try to lift the glass by 2-3cm to check whether each suction cup is firmly attached to the glass.
4. Install manual suction cups, pull cables and side protective rubber sleeves at appropriate positions on the glass. When the manual suction cup on the glass is in place, workers working at different heights can assist the glass in place with their hands. When the stay cable lifts, rotates, and puts the glass in place, the worker can control the swing of the glass to prevent the glass from being out of control due to the wind force and the rotation of the crane.
(2) Glass in place
1. After the crane moves the glass closer to the position, the crane driver operates the hydraulic micro-operating lever according to the command of the commander to make the glass position.
2. Workers near the steel beam should control the position of the glass to prevent the glass from colliding with the steel beam or pillar when it is lifted or shifted. The workers on the ground grasped the manual suction cup and quickly removed the protective rubber sleeve on one side of the seam. The glass is slowly hoisted up by the manual rewinding chain of the hanging electric suction cup, so that the lower end of the glass exceeds the lower frame, and the worker gently pulls the glass into the notch in time, and blocks it with wooden boards to prevent collision with adjacent glass. Slowly lower the glass into the notch of the bottom frame, and prevent the lower end of the glass from colliding with the metal notch.
3. Glass positioning. After installing the glass hanger, place the hanger bolts at the marked positions on the steel beam, and adjust the bolts repeatedly to make the glass in place correctly. After the first piece of glass is in place, check the verticality of the side of the glass, and the glass installed later only needs to check whether the upper and lower gaps of the installed glass are consistent.
4. After installing the upper metal hanging clip, fill the foam plastic round strip in the notch of the lower frame to temporarily fix the installed glass.
1. The glass and metal surfaces of all glue injection parts should be wiped clean with acetone or special detergent, and should not be scrubbed with wet cloth and water. The surface of glue injection parts must be dry.
2. Paste adhesive tape along the glue seam to prevent silicone glue from polluting the glass.
3. For the construction of the glue injection workers, the glue injection should be carried out on both the inside and outside at the same time. The glue should be injected at a uniform speed and thickness without air bubbles.
4. After the glue is injected, use a special tool or the glue barrel after the glue is injected to scrape the glue, so that the glue seam has a slightly concave surface.
5. The glue injection work cannot be carried out in windy and rainy days to prevent rain and sand from intruding into the glue joint. In addition, the glue injection should not be carried out at a low temperature below 5°C. If the temperature is too low, the glue will flow, delay the curing time, and even Affect the tensile strength, strictly follow the requirements of the product specification for construction.
6. The width of the glue joint is determined by design calculation. The minimum width is 6mm, and the common width is 8mm. When the wind load is large or the earthquake fortification requirements are high, a glue joint with a width of 10mm or 12mm can be used.
7. The structural silicone sealant must be used within the validity period of the product, and the construction acceptance report must have product certification documents and records.
(1) Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the glass.
(2) On-site inspection of the quality of the project entity.
(3) Provide project completion information.
