Our ionoplast interlayer film（commonly known as SGP）, a high-end product developed over five years, employs proprietary full-material production technology. This breakthrough has disrupted market monopolies, meeting global demand for high-quality laminated glass materials. We are committed to promoting this innovative product worldwide, bringing new possibilities to the safety laminated glass industry.

Accordingly, on March 18, 2024, E&N officially decided to appoint Jiaxing Glass and Laminating Material Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as LMGL) as the exclusive general agent for the overseas sales of our ionoplast interlayer film. LMGL collaborates with world-class enterprises, including Bisn PVB (the world's largest PVB manufacturer) and Haojing Group (a producer of ultra-large size laminated glass up to 3300*20000mm and a Guinness World Record holder), to provide comprehensive products, technology, services, and market support for the laminated glass industry worldwide.

Through this significant strategic cooperation, we aim to achieve more efficient sales channel management and market penetration, accelerate our business growth, and expand more broadly in the global market. This strategic partnership will allow us to reach more customers and establish a more efficient sales network, ensuring we maintain a leading position in the competitive market.
