Preparation Before Laminating:

1. Clean and fully dry the glass, there should be no particle dust or oil on the glass surface, EVA film and other intermediate materials are spare.

2. After opening the furnace, cool down for 3~5 minutes, until the vacuum value reaches -0.095MPa, close the furnace door and officially heat.  

Parameter setting:

The above-mentioned temperature refers to the glass surface temperature.The above parameter settings are for reference only, and the specific parameters should be adjusted according to the laminating equipment, temperature, humidity, glass thickness and intermediate layer material.

1.Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes, generally, we offer 10 years warranty for processing glass based on your normally uses, we advise you uses in a right way can keep your products service life in a long time (more than 5 years).

2.How do you control the quality of your products?

We have standard management on factory based on ISO system, and train our staffs regularly, our production department they will choose high quality materials for glass strictly, for finished excellent products. And we have QC for each process, once find little problem, we will replace the glass, to make sure every piece glass go to warehouse is in good condition.

3.What’s your term of the delivery?

Our ordinary delivery term is FOB Guangzhou. We also accept EXW, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. We’ll offer you the shipping charges and you can choose the one which is the most convenient and effective for you.

4.How long is your delivery time?

The general delivery time of LCL is 7-10 days after receiving your order confirmation. Regarding the FCL,it takes 15-20 days.
