LYX-600 Glass glue

Main characteristics:

1. It has no reaction with EVA laminated glass substrate, will not dissolve or corrode EVA, has no bubbles, and does not degumm.

It will not corrode the PDLC glass and oil sand glass if it is integrated with the PDLC film.

2. Excellent heat resistance and cold resistance; It can work continuously from - 55 ℃ to 150 ℃.

3. Excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and chemical resistance.

4. Excellent electrical insulation.

5. Single component, easy to operate.

6. Excellent moisture resistance.

The product has good adhesion and compatibility with EVA film, PDLC film, metal, glass, oil sand and other materials. During curing, small molecules do not react with EVA and other materials, and will not corrode PDLC glass, laminated glass, oil sand glass and mirror back paint. It has extremely high water resistance, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and ultraviolet resistance. Especially in a closed, damp, and unventilated polar environment (such as gluing in the frame), it shows excellent compatibility with EVA, PDLC film and other materials.

Application:

Use for the adhension and sealant with EVA laminated glass.

Method of Application:

1. The surface of the substrate shall be kept clean and dry.

2. Cut the nozzle according to the required size, and apply the sealant on the sealing surface into a continuous and uniform glue line.

3. Curing is a process from the surface to the inside. Within 24h (at room temperature and 50% humidity), the glue will cure to a depth of 2-3cm.Deeper parts.The curing time will be extended (especially those with limited contact with air, such as the middle sealing part of laminated glass or the connecting part of aluminum alloy frame and laminated glass)

4. The curing of glue requires temperature and water. In order to ensure the performance of glue, please use this product in the environment with temperature above 5℃, and make sure enough contact space between glass glue and air.

Operation and safety:

1. Thoroughly clean the surface of the substrate with a suitable solvent such as alcohol.

2. The workplace should always be well ventilated.

3. The uncured sealant shall not contact the eyes. If it is accidentally contacted, please wash it with water and contact the doctor.

4. Please avoid contact with skin for a long time, otherwise it may cause itching.

5. Keep out of reach of children.
